Join our weekly group combining expressive arts, improvisation, and guided exercises to help you clarify your dreams, envision the life you want, and take playful, intentional steps toward making it real.
Together we will work toward discovering and exploring how you can incorporate daily practices to shift your perspective toward appreciating your life as it is, creating the dreams you desire, and intentionally adding in more giggles, creativity, and magic in the mundane!
